Shuttle Barebones D10

Shuttle Computers has released a new mini PC, with a feature that other mini PCs don’t tend to have — a built-in, touch screen monitor.

The Shuttle Barebones D10 is complete with a 7″ touch screen monitor that is built into the face of it. The screen is small to keep with the size of the PC itself, and gives you the ability to either use it, or attach an external monitor as well. The touch screen gives you the capability of using the computer without attaching a keyboard or mouse to it, ultimately saving space. Instead of a clunky piece of plastic with buttons all over it, there is a slick ‘keyboard’ that appears on the screen for you to utilize.

This little guy would be perfect for a small media centre, as they call attention to on their website. It is slightly customizable where you can choose the size of hard disks you’d like to attach to it, but it is also one of its downfalls. It does not come with the hard drives so that is an additional cost. However, if you like the idea of this mini PC, it would be worth the extra expense.
